Terms & Conditions:
To secure your reservation, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £20.00 per guest is required. For Christmas Day bookings, a 50% deposit is required within the same timeframe. We kindly ask that any changes to your booking or cancellations be communicated in writing by emailing reservations@theterrace.uk.

Please note that all monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our prices include VAT at the current rate, and a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill. Additionally, cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled booking date will incur a charge for the full amount. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
